Marty’s Waffles© is an award-winning food truck based in Alexandria, Kentucky that serves sensationally delicious Belgian sugar waffles uniquely developed by Owner/Artisan Marty Meersman. These aren’t batter-poured waffles. Marty’s Waffles© are handcrafted from his unique, dough-based recipe like those originating in Liège, Belgium (Gaufre de Liège). Honoring his Belgian ancestry, Marty produces his scrumptious waffles with a buttery, caramel crunch outside and a dense, sweet and chewy, vanilla-infused inside. Equally at home at all types of events: pop-up stops, festivals, weddings, private parties, work/corporate events, etc. Marty shares something truly special everywhere he goes, serving the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati, Ohio region.
