This card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Unless prohibited by law. if you fail to make a purchase with this card for 24 consecutive months. we will deduct a $1.50 inactivity fee in the 24th and each successive month in which no purchase activity occurs until this card's value reaches zero. This card has no expiration date. but the unused value will be subject to forfeiture under the Texas abandoned property law if you do not use this card for 36 consecutive months.
