Alternatively, you can purchase a voucher in store Tuesday - Saturday during our opening hours.​​ Due to the closure of the salon, all vouchers from March 2020 expiry date will be extended until the end of this year (31st December 2021). Please ensure you use your voucher before this date as vouchers will not be extended past this date.​ T&C''S - All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and must be used before the expiry date or the cost or treatment purchased will be forfeited.  At least 4 weeks notice prior to expiry is required to guarantee an appointment.  Unfortunately expiry dates cannot be extended. Spa Renaissance is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged certificates and duplicates will not be issued or refunded. When booking an appointment you will receive a text/email with a link to confirm your appointment. Click the link and follow the instructions. Your card details will be required to make an appointment but there will not be a charge. At the end of your appointment you will be asked for your gift vouchers registration number. We have a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, if you give us less then 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment your card will be charged.Due to new ownership, from the 7th October 2019 any vouchers bought from the previous owners is no longer valid and will not be honored. There was a 2 year expiry date from the date of new ownership to use any old vouchers purchased from the pervious owners, this date has now run out and can not be extended.
