I arrived late and instantly made to feel welcome by Stacey at Reception, Stacey couldn’t have done enough for the guests, big smiles and a Can Do attitude, very impressed! I work for the Aquarium just along the way so easy to walk too. Had a couple drinks in bar, Bar Manager (didn’t catch her name), spotted i was alone and chatted to me a fair bit…… honestly really felt so comfortable. Great room, great sleep, yummy breakfast (although waiter man seemed to be on a bad mood about things not been done from Night Before!).:……All in all……. No wonder the company I work for has a corporate account here as it’s 5star from me.Thanks guys,David Moreread less22/11/21
