For the Rotorua Cityride service Smartride cards must be purchased from the bus driver, (cash only).

Lost or stolen cards. If a Smartride card is lost or stolen it is the responsibility of the cardholder to inform Reesby Rotorua Ltd for Cityride services. Lost or stolen cards for Cityride services must be notified to Reesby Rotorua Ltd as soon as possible.
Cards are issued by an authorised agent or drivers of the services providing a transport service where Smartride cards are accepted.
