Please allow up to 1 working day to receive your printable gift certificate via email.
Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from date of issue. The gift certificate expiration date will be stated on them and can not be used after this date.
Valid online but may be used in store, please pop to the Accounts Office prior to purchasing in store.
E-gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
E-gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the E-gift certificate(s), the difference can be made up with a credit card payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.
When returning goods purchased with an E-gift certificate, you will be credited with an e-gift certificate to the value of the goods purchased in the original transaction.
R Barbour & Sons reserves the right to amend these T&C''s and/or discontinue the e-gift certificate at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
R Barbour & Sons will cancel the value of the e-gift certificate if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser''s bank or card company for the initial purchase of the e-gift certificate. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected. All refunds/exchanges of goods purchased with the Barbours e-gift certificate will be made in accordance with Barbours refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
R Barbour & Sons reserves the rights to refuse to accept an e-gift certifcate in payment or part payment of any item where it reasonably suspects that the e-gift certificate or any amount on it may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.
