Gift Card Terms & Conditions. Gift cards may be redeemed online or in Purdys retail shops. Physical gift cards must be present at the time of purchase. Purchases are deducted from the gift card balance. Any unused balance will be available for a later purchase.

Most e-gift cards are delivered within 5 minutes of placing the order. However, email carriers and other issues can cause delays. If an e-gift card is not received within 4 hours, please contact purdyschocolatier@buyatab.com or call 1.855.908.3578.
If you sent the gift card to another person, you will get a confirmation email (but not the email with the virtual gift card link). If you would like to resend the email to the recipient, you’ll find instructions in the confirmation email.
When you or your recipient receives the email with the link to the e-gift card, click the link to view the card. To redeem in shop, you can either print the e-gift card or open it on your mobile phone and show it at checkout. To redeem online, enter the gift card number and PIN at checkout.

You can load anywhere between $10 and $500 on an e-gift card and anywhere between $25 and $500 on a physical gift card. In shops, you can load anywhere between $5 and $500 on a physical gift card.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.
