Gift cards. Give the perfect zoo gift every time with a Zoos Victoria gift card. Simply set the amount you would like on the card; the recipient can then use the gift card to purchase from a selection of zoo experiences, events, membership or admission entry.

Zoos Victoria offers gift cards that can be purchased online or at the admissions desk of any of their three zoos in Victoria, Australia. These gift cards can be used to purchase admission tickets, animal encounters, memberships, and merchandise across all three zoos. They can also be used to purchase food and drinks at the cafes and kiosks at the zoos. The gift cards are available in various denominations and can be loaded with any amount between AUD $20 and AUD $500. They are valid for three years from the date of purchase and can be used multiple times until the full balance is used.

Zoos Victoria gift cards are now available for everyone

To purchase, please call our friendly Customer Engagement Team on 03 9340 2788 or pick one up at any of our sites, Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Healesville Sanctuary.

The gift card is reusable up to the expiry date or until all loaded funds have been exhausted. This gift card cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.

Zoos Victoria will not be liable for lost or stolen gift cards.


Terms and Condition :
-The Gift Card is valid for three years from date of issue or until a $0 balance is reached; whichever occurs first. We are unable to extend the validity date of the GIFT CARD.

-The Gift Card value must be redeemed or utilised before the expiry date. Any balance that remains on a Gift Card will not be available for use after the expiry date.

-The Gift Card cannot be:
-Reloaded with any additional dollar value;
-Cancelled
-Exchange for another Gift Card
