Gift cards are redeemable for Blues Train tickets and products only. Blues Train Gift Cards are not redeemable for the accommodation portion of Play and Stay packages. Remaining card value may not be used to purchase items at the event (ie beverages).

Should you have credit left on your card (ie you had a $200 gift card and purchased 1 ticket for $150: $200-$150=$50 remaining) you may use this balance towards ticket upgrades or merchandise purchases, or towards future ticket purchases on The Blues Train, future Gift Card purchases or merchandise purchases (online as an extra with your ticket purchase, prior to the event).
Gift cards are redeemable for Blues Train tickets, ticket upgrades and merchandise purchases only. Upgrades and merchandise purchases can be made at the same time as ticket purchases, all of which can be paid for by redeeming your gift card. Any outstanding balances will need to be paid for via card at time of purchase.
No change will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases. Any remaining balance may be used up to the expiry date printed on your gift card.

You can check your card balance, expiry date and transaction history at any time by completing the online Contact Us form or calling 1300 885 993. For balance enquiries by phone or online, you will be required to advise your Redemption Code prior to getting access to the card information. If you have a Blues Train Gift Card (see below), simply visit the Show Dates page, select your tickets and enter your redemption code in the box on checkout. The value on your gift card will be deducted from the total amount owing.

Phone: Look for a customer service number provided on the back of the gift card or on the issuer's website. Call the number and follow the automated prompts to check the balance. You may need to enter the gift card number and other required details during the call. 1300-885-993
