If redeemed for a lower priced experience, you can use the remaining value at a later date within the validity of the certificate.
Shutterbug Walkabouts’ gift certificates are valid for 3 years* from the date of purchase, except for experiences pre-booked for a specified date. In the case of gift certificates issued for a pre-booked date, our standard booking terms and conditions apply. If you book an Experience with a lower price to the value of your gift certificate, we will hold the remaining value in credit for future redemption. If you book an Experience with a higher price, the difference in price will be payable.
* Excluding gift certificates deemed exempt of this clause. As per the Australian Consumer Law.
