Gift Cards
A Goldmark Gift Card or eGift Card sold prior to 31st March 2018 is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards & eGift Cards sold on or after 31st March 2018 are valid for use for 36 months from the date of purchase and once the card expires the balance becomes the property of Goldmark. They are a pre-paid stored value card, the available amount to spend is limited to the amount placed on the card at the time of purchasing and can be used at any Goldmark store including the webstore.

Gift Cards can be purchased in any denomination by visiting your nearest Goldmark store, however, if you are purchasing an eGift Card online there is a minimum value of $20 and a maximum value of $200. If you require a value over $200 you can make a Gift Card purchase in store. A Gift Card & eGift Card can be used immediately, it may be redeemed for products and services only, there is no returns policy or cash redemption. There is no additional cost in purchasing a Gift Card or eGift Card, only the amount you choose to place on the Card. A Gift Card can only be purchased with cash or a credit card while an eGift Card can only be purchased online with a credit card, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Amercian Express.

Your Gift Card may be used to make purchases up to the available amount to spend and any unused amount will remain as a credit balance on the Card, no change will be given. You can use multiple Gift Cards and eGift Cards to make a purchase and you can also combine a Gift Card or eGift Card redemption with other forms of payment (e.g. cash or credit card). Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Goods purchased using a Gift Card or eGift Card are subject to the Goldmark exchange or returns policy, you will not be sent statements or transactions relating to the Card.
