Chemist Warehouse gift cards cannot be used for online ordering. Can I return products in store that have been purchased via AfterPay online? No, as AfterPay is currently an online only service all returns must be handled by our online Customer Service Team.

Can I use a gift card/voucher to pay for my order? Yes, vouchers can be used to pay for a portion of your order with a limit of one per order. Please use the ''got a voucher code? Add it here'' option in the shopping cart and ensure you have checked any and all relevant terms and conditions for your vouchers.

Gift cards are to be treated as cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards are: Redeemable for merchandise or services at all Chemist Warehouse stores; not redeemable for cash and can not be used for payment of credit or retail accounts.

Gift Card balance must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card. As of May 2018 gift card balance has an expiry of 36 months, cards showing 12 months expiry dating back to May 2015 is redeemable for use.

It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date, cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available card balance, you must make up difference with other payment method. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees. Check available card balance by calling 1300 367 283. A digital gift card balance must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the digital gift card email. It is the responsibility of the digital gift card holder to use the full value before expiry date, cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balances on expired digital gift cards will not be refunded or credited. If a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the customer must make up the difference with another payment method.
