My gift card doesn’t work when I enter it at checkout? Please check that your gift card has not expired - gift cards are valid for use for 3 years from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us). It is up to you to use the card’s full value before the expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.

What is the difference between an e-Gift card and Physical gift cards?
Physical gift cards are currently only available for purchase in-store. They can be redeemed at any Adairs, Adairs Kids retail stores in Australia and online.e-Gift cards are sent directly to the email address nominated by you and include a pin number for redemption. e-Gift cards can be redeemed at any Adairs, Adairs Kids retail stores in Australia and online. They can be printed or scanned from a mobile device for in-store redemption.
Do I have to use my gift card all at once?
No, you can use your gift cards partially or in full. It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. If your purchase exceeds the available card balance, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method
