Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms: Once activated, this card may be used in any Virginia ABC store to purchase alcohol, spirits, wine and mixers. Visit www.abc.virginia.gov for store locations and ABCs current gift card policies.(gcb.today#A1504B). Value can be added to this card at any time. For balance inquiry, please call 1-866-794-4839.(gcb.today#D304AA). This card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase lottery tickets. If lost or stolen, only the balance remaining on the card at the time an original receipt is presented will be reissued.
It is illegal for anyone under 21 to buy, possess, consume or have alcohol purchased for them.

Virginia ABC gift cards may be purchased at any Virginia ABC store. Family, friends and co-workers can choose from thousands of items in our product line—from Virginia wines to distilled spirits including imported rums, aged whiskeys, flavored vodkas, cordials and liqueurs. (In-stock items will vary by store.)
Note: It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to purchase, possess or consume alcohol, or to have alcohol purchased for them. In addition, ABC gift cards will not be sold to persons under the age of 21.

ABC gift cards have no fees, no expiration date and are re-loadable. Gift cards may be purchased and reloaded in any amount from $10 to $500, and must be reloaded by the original purchaser.
Once merchandise has been purchased with an ABC gift card, a sales receipt must accompany all claims for a refund. If merchandise purchased with an ABC gift card is returned to a store for a refund, the original gift card will be reloaded. If the original gift card is not available, a new ABC gift card will be issued.
Mixed Beverage license holders may purchase merchandise with an ABC gift card.
Due to electronic balance storage and security features, ABC gift cards cannot be sold, reloaded or redeemed if the store is experiencing network connectivity issues.
Previously purchased ABC paper gift certificates have all since expired and are no longer redeemable.
