If you would like to extend the validity of a gift voucher that is due to expire, please email us before the expiry date at vouchers@spabreaks.com to request an extension. Our team will review your request and be in touch as soon as possible.

If this is the case, the value of the voucher can still be redeemed against any other package on the Spabreaks.com website (subject to availability, and a difference in price may be payable). Our team can help you find something similar if your original package is no longer available.
If you have selected an e-voucher, it will be emailed to you or your recipient (your choice) immediately once payment is confirmed. If you would prefer to have a gift card sent in the post, this will be despatched the next working day by signed-for delivery.
