​ I’m Andrew and have enjoyed giving and receiving massage for over 25 years.I qualified in anatomy, physiology and holistic massage (ITEC) in 1991, and more recently completed courses in therapeutic deep tissue massage and seated acupressure massage.​I offer holistic massage to clients at my home in Lee Green, SE12. I also provide massage to clients in their homes, workplaces and community settings.​Clients come to me for help in dealing with the strains and stresses of daily life, whether it’s to work on aching muscles or for a general relaxation massage.​To care for my own mind and body I practise Alexander Technique, Pilates and mindfulness meditation.
