A gift card is an e-card pre-purchased from EziBuy for any amount between $10 and $300. Gift cards can be purchased and are redeemable either online, via any EziBuy retail store (excluding outlet stores), or through our contact centre.
E-gift cards will be emailed to the recipient email address nominated by you on the delivery date you specify during the purchase process, such delivery date to be no more than 30 days following purchase. E-gift cards cannot be delivered on the same day as purchase - delivery is available only from the following day after purchase.
E-gift cards will be activated on the valid delivery date you specify during the purchase process.

You can also check your gift card balance by ringing 0508 500 500, visiting one of our retail stores or via SMS. To check by SMS just TXT your 16 digit card number (exclude any spaces/hyphens) followed by a space and your 4 digit access number to 4111. TXT enquiries will incur a charge of $0.50.
