Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, as set out in our Privacy Notice. Processing and production commences immediately and is fully automated after the order is received to ensure a prompt delivery. In this respect, please note the following point from our terms and conditions: Revocation After sending the order, cancellation of the order is no longer possible. A subsequent revocation is excluded. If the delivered goods have defects, the customer must inform Medion of these defects immediately with an exact description of the defects. In the case of defects in the delivered goods that are attributable to Medion, Medion is obligated to make a replacement delivery. If Medion does not comply with this obligation or the replacement delivery fails, the customer may withdraw from the purchase contract or demand a reduction of the purchase price.
