Why Nonna’s Nightmare you ask? Our chef, born and raised in Italy has been cooking pizza, pasta and other traditional Italian dishes most of his life but after making the decision to switch to a plant-based diet he instantly became every Italian Nonna’s Nightmare!Nonna’s goal is to take your everyday comfort food classics, burgers and pizza, and serve them up in a new light.  With a menu focused on fresh, locally, sourced ingredients that cuts down on processed foods and an ethos to only work with companies that share similar values we are out to prove that clean, whole foods are anything but bland!We are a 100% Plant Based Eatery.  Our sourdough pizza crusts and burger buns are made fresh in house using our own special flour blend that we combine with a 24hr to 48hr proofing process to create an extremely light and gut friendly product.  Add on our best tomato basil sauce and plant based mozzarella or one of our delectable burger patties and you are in for one satisfying dining experience.   So, what are you waiting for?  Come in and join us for what we know will quickly become your new favorite, guilt-free comfort meal.
