You will find the option to enter your gift card details under the payment details section at the checkout. Please ensure you enter the gift card number and pin before your credit card or chosen payment method, should there be any additional amount to pay.

 

If you have more than one gift card, you can just repeat the process to add further gift cards to the payment method. If your gift card amount is higher than the total transaction amount, the remaining amount will stay active on the card for you to use at a later date.

Bras N Things Gift cards that are purchased in other retailers such as Big W, Target etc are for in store use only as per Terms and Conditions included with the card (This will be stated on the fine print on the back of the card). This card can only be redeemed by being swiped through an eftpos terminal, therefore cannot be used online. When attempting to use this gift card online; an error message will usually appear stating invalid pin

 

Gift cards purchased after 28th March 2018 expire 3 years from date of purchase. Gift cards purchased before 28th March 2018 expire 12 months from date of purchase

- Any unused balances are unable to be refunded or credited once expired
