INTERMIX eGift Cards may be purchased for any amount through our partner vendor, CashStar, which specializes in secure electronic gift cards for consumers and businesses.
The gift card keeps track of the balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then use it again on another with the remaining balance. If the value of your order is greater than the value of your gift card, we will require a credit card to charge the balance of the order at the time of shipping.  Please note, gift cards cannot be used on preorder merchandise, on international orders nor in our international store locations.
If you are returning merchandise purchased with an INTERMIX Gift Card, you will be credited in the form of a new gift card. The new gift card for the refund amount will be emailed to your email address on the order.
If you used both a gift card and a credit card, your gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used on the order.  Note the gift card will be sent to your email address on the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and/or delivered.  Check out our Returns Policy for more information.
Online returns of merchandise purchased using an Intermix gift card for a portion or the entire order will be credited in the form of a new gift card sent to your email address on the order.
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards will be replaced if lost or stolen if the original receipt is obtained and can be verified; however, they should be treated as cash. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card. Gift cards cannot be used to buy non-merchandise items (i.e. another gift card). There is no minimum or maximum balance required on the gift card. Gift cards cannot be used on preorder merchandise, on international orders nor in our International store locations.
