I had a pregnancy massage today with the lovely Anna , from the minute I walked in I felt so relaxed . Girls are so nice and welcoming ! The treatment was unbelievable , explained why every knot was there . I certainly will be back for more . Truly enjoyed the experience . NKI was back for another wonderful sound healing session with the amazing Laura, there is no other word I can use to describe it than magic! Thank you Laura, Xx. Thank you Claire TeachingI decided to make an appointment with Barbara because I was suffering from bloating, low energy, and severe psoriasis. I had looked at many other options that had not yet helped my symptoms. Within a very short time of following Barbara''s nutritional and lifestyle advice (and delicious recipes!) my bloating had disappeared, my energy levels improved, and I felt great. Through Barbara''s care, I now know what foods tend to aggravate my symptoms or cause my psoriasis to flare. Every appointment with Barbara is so individual to you. I have also changed all my skincare products to a natural and organic range, on Barbara’s recommendation, which dramatically improved my sensitive skin. I had heard about Bio-energy through a counsellor colleague of mine. She though it would help as I was suffering with stress and wasn’t sleeping well. Mairead was very warm and inviting and I felt very at ease with her. I expected it to take a few sessions before I noticed any difference but I was wrong. The results were immediate and after the first session I had a deep and relaxing night’s sleep. As the weeks progressed I was sleeping better and my stress and levels diminished. When the course finished Mairead recommended that I do a follow up session a few weeks later which was very beneficial and helped keep me on track. I was amazed by the power of bio-energy therapy and would strongly recommend Mairead as a Bio-energy therapist and I found the whole experience very up-lifting. I was visiting Dublin from the U.S. and my sister recommended I visit Aoife at River Holistic Center for a nice relaxing treatment. I was told that the Natural Facelift Message was “gorgeous” and I was not disappointed. From the very start the afternoon was easy. I had no problem finding the Centre, just down the hill from the Raheny DART station. Aoife greeted me when I arrived and projected a serene air that, along with the tranquil surroundings, had me feeling peaceful in no time.
