Why can’t I order a Gift Card with other products?Our Gift Cards and eGift Cards online orders are managed by Voucher Express on behalf of Screwfix. Voucher Express is a different website and does not link to your Screwfix online basket. Can I use my gift card to order online?Currently you can only redeem gift cards in our stores. We do not accept gift cards as a payment method on our website or via our Contact Centre. What happens if my order value is more, or less than the value on the gift card?If you are buying items that cost less than the value on the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for 5 years. You can see your remaining balance on your receipt. If you are buying items that cost more than the gift card value, you can use Gift Card as part of your payment and pay the outstanding value via the usual payment methods accepted in store.
