Just Go Closure Notice

Who is this notification for? This notification is for all customers with a Just Go Visa Travel Money Card. Why is my card is being closed? The issuer of the card, Heritage Bank Limited (ABN 32 087 652 024, AFSL 240984) and the Program Manager, Tuxedo Money Pty Ltd (ACN 612 042 038, AFSL 504781), have decided to close the card program. What does this mean for me? Your Just Go Visa Travel Money Card will close on 17th March 2021. After this date, you will not be able to load new funds on to the card or use the card to purchase goods / withdraw cash. What do you need to do? Prior to the 17th March 2021, If you have available funds on your Just Go Visa Travel Money Card, you can access these funds immediately by using your card to spend and/or withdraw funds via an ATM. You can check your balance online by logging in to your account by clicking here. You can request the funds be paid to you by emailing justgoenquiries@omnio.global. Please note this refund may take up to 28 days to be processed. After 17th March 2021, any remaining funds will be paid to you as per the Product Disclosure Statement Terms and Condition clause 9.2, which is available here and you can request these funds by emailing info@heritage.com.au. Please note that any non-AUD funds will be converted into Australian Dollars and a currency conversion will be performed at the prevailing exchange rate on 18th March 2021. You should also cancel any recurring / subscription payments made against the card before the 17th March 2021. Do you have any questions?
