No change will be given.(gcb.today#C6E38D). Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or products from the Vermont Lottery. If Gift Cards are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, they will not be replaced and the remaining value will be lost. Gift Cards expire per Vermont State Law five years from date of activation or the date Card was last reloaded.
