This card must be presented at time of purchase to entitle the below signed to the discount privileges of the SIRENS PLATINUM CARD. Unauthorized use of the card will cause the rights and privileges of membership to be revoked and, in such event, the cardholder agrees to surrender this card upon demand.(gcb.today#6BE77).
