Where can I purchase a Mix It Up® gift card?
Mix It Up eGift Cards are available for consumer gifting and self-use and physical and eGift Cards are available for bulk purchase with a $500 minimum spend requirement. Mix It Up gift cards are also available in a growing number of third party retail locations and consumer incentive programs. If you do not see a Mix It Up gift card available in your favorite retailer, request they begin to offer it!
Do you offer any discounts on bulk gift card orders?
Mix It Up gift cards make an ideal customer or employee reward and incentive! We do offer bulk discounts on orders starting as low as $500. You can register for a bulk purchase account to begin buying in bulk and saving.
Am I able to purchase individually branded gift cards instead of the Mix It Up card?
Yes, please visit each of our individual brand websites (links above) for branded gift products. We also offer individually branded gift cards for bulk ordering, simply request the brand(s) you prefer!

Mix It Up gift cards can be redeemed at participating Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s and Schlotzsky’s locations in the U.S. Simply present your physical card, printed eGift Card or mobile device showing your mobile eGift card at the time of payment.

Can I get cashback or a refund on a Mix It Up gift card?
Mix It Up gift cards cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by law. If your card balance falls below the requirement for cashback requirements in your resident state, please call us at 877-663-7411 and we are happy to assist with processing your request. Cashback requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards, please protect your gift card like cash. However, if you have proof of purchase contact customer care at 877-663-7411 for assistance. With proof of purchase we may be able to locate your original card number, cancel it and issue you a new gift card for that value.
What are the Mix It Up gift card terms and conditions?

Starting August 10th, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ending on September 30th, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”), the Mix It Up™ eGift Card program will match 10% of the total gift cards purchased from our website (https://mixitup.cashstar.com ) to be then donated to our charitable partners working to feed frontline healthcare workers. In addition, during the purchase experience, customers will have the option to add an optional incremental donation of $10 with 100% of those donations going directly to feed frontline healthcare workers.
The 10% donation match and 100% of incremental consumer $10 donations will be provided in the form of Mix It Up™ eGift Cards to our non-profit partner, The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC). NAFC will distribute the gift cards to healthcare workers and volunteers serving on the frontlines at free & charitable clinics in the areas hardest hit by the pandemic.
