No lights on in theater besides screen at one show. Did not know that it wasn''t the norm. Had to use cell phone lights to look at menu. Could not see to eat nachos. mouthfuls of just refried beans. Not good. Mushy fries. Mushroom burger pretty good. Went on a Tues. Great price. Server explained how ordering worked and staff were welcoming. Specify butter on popcorn, if you want it. Popcorn served in bowls. No bags but server will put popcorn in a to go box to take home if you ask. 2nd show was on a Sat. Server did not approach us until 20 min into the show. About 45 minutes until had popcorn and drinks. Server apologized for the long wait. Popcorn too salty to eat. So cold. I had thick sweater and winter coat on. Worst thing was could tell seats, arm rests and tables were sticky and dirty in at least half the row. Did not wash tables between viewings. Found least sticky seats near the ones we pre-picked, ended up tearing off order paper to cover sticky armrest. Had to hunt for pencils. None on tables. Found one on the floor a row ahead. I will avoid on weekends. May give another shot on a discount day. Lots of leg room was a plus. Large cups for soda a plus. Takes 20 minutes or so for a refill so put up your order paper ahead of time for your request. It would be nice if the servers checked for order papers more often and if you didn''t have to put up order papers for refills on the soda. Only a quarter of the menu options were available on Sat. Not sure if this is the case every Sat. Lots of attention to bar but not alot to the basics for movie viewing experience. Sad. Hopeful for improved service in the future."
