Your DiBella''s gift card is reloadable and can be reused after new funds are loaded.(gcb.today#C91527). This card cannot be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, or destroyed. There will be a $0.10 inactivity fee for each month there is a balance remaining on the card, beginning on the 25th month after 24 consecutive months of inactivity.(gcb.today#A74F5A). *Gift card funds will expire 5 years from the date of purchase or the date funds were last loaded to the card, whichever is later.** Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
