• Gift Card not redeemable for cash • Not a credit or debit card • Not responsible for lost or stolen cards • Not valid for online purchases • Discounts or other special offers do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards • Check balances at any Dakota Watch Co. retail location • Void after 2 years, except where prohibited by law • Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice • Redeemable at any Dakota Watch Company retail location, except those in the state of Minnesota • Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act
