This Card contains value which may only be used to purchase goods and services at participating retailer locations. Card must be presented at time of purchase.(gcb.today#AEE7). The amount of the purchase will be deducted from the Card balance. You must have sufficient, available funds on a Card to pay for any purchase or pay any difference between the available funds and the purchase amount by cash, or credit card.(gcb.today#3982). Additional value may be added at any time. This Card will not expire until five (5) years, after the last date of loading funds/purchase of the Card.(gcb.today#EE34). This Card may not be redeemed for cash from Retailer''s locations. Retailer is not responsible for altered, stolen, or damaged Cards or for unauthorized Card use. A $5.00 per month, service fee will be deducted from the Card balance after your failure to use the Card for twelve (12) consecutive mos unless prohibited by state law.(gcb.today#4656). This maintenance fee will not be charged once the balance on the Card reaches $0.00. If applicable, a Card reload fees may apply.
