Can I get a refund? | Sundown Cinema Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases. My event was cancelled, what happens now? | Sundown Cinema If your event was cancelled the ticket booker will receive an email with instructions on what will happen next. Do you cancel if it rains? | Sundown Cinema As an outdoor event we are subject to the weather, both rain and shine! We only cancel our events if the weather poses a risk to guests, staff or equipment. Can I bring a gazebo? | Sundown Cinema At some venues on some dates it may be possible to bring your own gazebo however please contact us before bringing one site. Staff on the day will direct you to where the gazebo can be erected which will be towards the rear of the viewing area.
