COVID-19 UPDATE ( January 2021)As you know we are in lockdown at the moment but as a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Health Council, I can work on a one-to-one basis with clients, for an identified mental or physical health condition or injury that is causing them pain or having an adverse impact on their mobility or their quality of life.However I cannot do this without first doing an online consultation or at least a phone call.This consultation will be charged £5. When your condition has been assessed I will give you some self-care tips and/or book you for a face to face treatment if necessary.My name is Sandra and I have been working in the Bude area as a complementary therapist since 2008.I have got a background in biology but I have always been interested in Complementary Therapies, how our body works, and its ability to heal. I offer a variety of treatments from reflexology to massages ( holistic, hot stone, aromatherapy) and more beauty  treatments like facials and body scrubs.In order to develop my knowledge further I have done more training  in fertility and treatments during pregnancy . I am also a Baby massage Instructor and am now offering baby yoga classes.I have studied nutrition which helps me to give advice to my clients or help them find a diet that works bespoked to their needs and way of life.The wellbeing of my clients comes first and I take pride in insuring that each treatment is unique and tailored to your needs.I treat all ages men and women, am fully insured, and also DBS checked.I am based in Marhamchurch, treatments are available Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 7 pm per appointment.
