Set in the beautiful scenery of the Peak District yet only 15 miles from Manchester city centre and 25 miles from Sheffield. The ground has a long history of shooting sports, since World War 2 it has been used for rifle shooting, game shooting & clay shooting, the latter being known as Charlesworth Shooting Ground for many years.We run 100 bird CPSA registered sporting competitions on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of every month, with excellent cash payouts and experienced referees on every stand.
