Returning Goods, In store In addition to your consumer rights, we accept returns of most goods if you change your mind about your purchase. We are happy to refund, exchange or issue a credit note for any item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days. Faulty items must be returned with a receipt, and can be either refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt. For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present. The following items are excluded but your consumer rights still apply: • Food, alcohol, jewellery or toiletries/grooming products are non-refundable, for hygiene reasons and safety • Sale items On-line Ordering By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract. A contract is finalised only when we accept your order and process payment. Returns We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We will require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience. GIFT CARD DELIVERY FEES Delivery fees for physical gift cards vary according to the value of the monetary gift card, and include administration, postage and packaging costs. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends, Bank Holidays or to international addresses. Monetary Gift Cards will be delivered within 4 working days Please upgrade to next day delivery if required. All deliveries will require a signature. You can purchase gift cards in our gift shop, or online you can purchase E-gift vouchers that can be emailed to you or the recipient at no cost. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE RECIPIENT. E-GIFT VOUCHER ARE NOT PHYSICALLY MAILED OUT. The recipient can then use the E-gift voucher on purchases onsite or online.
