Your satisfaction is very important to us!Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unwashed, unused items in the original packaging. Items must be in the condiotion it was received, free of marks, perfume, odors or pet hair, etc. You MUST contact us prior to returning an item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.Refunded items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Actual shipping costs (not the flat rate fee we charge) will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order exceeded the minimum for free shipping ($129) and the return drops the order below the minimum, the actual shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount. We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size within 14 days but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods.  Clearance items or items discounted 30% or more are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.ExchangesWe can provide you with a store gift card (rather than a refund and waive the restock fee) and you can place a new order for the item that you would like.RefundsOnce we’ve received and inspected your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus any shipping fees and restock fee) if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I know that the recipient was very pleased to have the gift card to use for her chosen items. Since I’d bought it off the registry AND I’d used the recipient’s name in the special code section, I’d mistakenly believed the card would be forwarded straight to her (as were the other gifts on the registry). We worked it out and I forwarded her the email with the gift card, but I wish it had been credited to her name right away without doing that step. 5 stars as my friend got the gift of more shopping, and I didn’t have to make any decisions!!!

Site was easy to use, and received gift card via email quickly. Although, if it was to be shipped to the person it was for, there is no where on the site to say who it was from?
