Reservations on day of travel cannot be made using this form.

It is necessary to go direct to the booking window to hand in your actual certificate(s). Please note that we cannot guarantee seats for certificates that have not pre-booked.

If booking a Footplate Experience - we will allocate the experience time based on the trains that you will be travelling on.
