For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice clients will be charged 80% of the normal appointment cost by way of a cancellation fee. There is a No-Show (no call nor visit prior to the arrival time) fee of the full service that was booked or redemption of a member benefit, gift card or other promotional offer that would have been used for the scheduled appointment.
If multiple bookings are held under the same credit card, all cancelled, or no-show appointment costs will be made on that one card. Credit cards or other means of payment, such as a gift card, that are taken at time of booking are not charged prior to your appointment — they are used to hold the reservation and to uphold our cancellation policy.
