Shizuka Ryokan gift vouchers may be used to purchase accommodation, cuisine, and spa services. You can order a gift voucher, in any multiple of $100, anytime via our Online Store. For more specific denominations, you can order vouchers by telephone during office hours.
Gift vouchers, together with information about Shizuka Ryokan, are posted by Express Post to the gift giver’s address. ($15 postage and handling fee applies.) Online orders are processed within 24 hours. In urgent situations, vouchers can be emailed. Vouchers can be topped up by the recipient during their stay. Vouchers are valid for thirty-six months. They are non-refundable, but are transferable if Shizuka Ryokan is advised of the new recipient prior to arrival.
