Sports Vouchers - Norwood Basketball Club

Norwood Basketball Club is a provider of the SA Government’s Sports Voucher program. In 2022, the program provides an opportunity for school-aged children from Reception to Year 9 to receive up to a $100 discount or rebate on their sports membership and/or registration fees.The purpose of this program is to increase the number of children playing organised sport by reducing cost as a barrier.Who is eligible for the program?All South Australian school-aged children who are attending or are eligible to attend school, Reception to Year 9. Remember it is one voucher for every school-aged child per calendar year.More InformationTo learn more about the Sports Voucher program, please visit https://www.sportsvouchers.sa.gov.au.Norwood Basketball Club Inc is a registered provider and is unable to offer an upfront discount however the club will offer a refund once a reimbursement has been received from the Sports Voucher team.In presenting this voucher I give permission to the Sports Voucher provider to share my information with the Office of Recreation, Sport and Racing.There will be 4 opportunities annually to claim your voucher 30th April, 31st July, 31st October and 31st December 2022 – details must be submitted to [email protected]. You will be contacted once the form has been received to obtain your Medicare number for finalise the submission.
