We started with an idea. We wanted to celebrate the land and the nourishment it provides, with our passion for sustainability, local produce, & high quality at the heart of it all. We built a team of hardworking, passionate individuals who share our deep connection with this land and its rich community surrounds. So this is us; no matter what we’re creating, be it Polperro Winery, Many Little Dining & Bar, a Villa stay or a Yoga studio, you’ll find common a thread of authenticity and a sense of place.Many Little Dining & Bar in Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula, offers a Modern Asian – Sri Lankan inspired cuisine based on the authentic traditions of our Executive Chef Gayan Pieris’s homeland.The highest quality spices form the fundamental building blocks of the Sri Lankan cuisine & all our dishes here at Many Little. Executive Chef Gayan draws upon his Sri Lankan heritage, utilising very specific origin spices to create his uniquely delicious flavours. All dishes are made from scratch with no use of artificial flavours or flavour enhancers. We also use an abundance of produce sourced directly for our Polperro Organic Farm. These dishes are not only delicious, they come with the added benefit of the Ayurvedic influence of the traditional cuisine.Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems. Developed in India and Sri Lanka, the cuisine encompass fresh whole foods, & promotes wellness and life balance.A riot of flavours, an amalgamation of influences – Sri Lanka, the beautiful spice island once known as Ceylon, is a rich melting pot of cuisines. It seems every nationality that has visited and traded over the years has left its mark.We acknowledge and pay respect to the Bunurong / Boon wurrung people, the Traditional Owners of these lands and waters where we live, play and work. We acknowledge Elders past, present and future, and the significant contributions made to the life of the area.
