Mama & Bump is only open by Appointment so if you wish to pop in and grab a gift voucher please book an ''instore visit'' via the ''Make a Booking'' page.  Appointments are limited as they are scheduled around massage bookings.
Well the website that I’ve been talking about for quite some time is just about to launch. I’m guessing within weeks it will be up and going, just a few small items left to finalise.A number of changes will be happening once the website launches. It’s an exciting time for new energy and positive vibes after 6 years of the old website.So here’s what’s changing….+ Introduction of Treatment Toolkits - healing and self-love for home.+ Change of servicesSome new services have been added and some others have been removed.>> Introducing a new service called ‘Massage after Loss’. In my many years of working as a pregnancy massage therapist, this is an area I personally feel needs more attention in our society. I have therefore introduced a treatment for the grief formed by the loss of a pregnancy, a stillbirth or a neonatal baby. >> Women’s massage to be simplified to offer ‘relaxation’ or ‘remedial’ under the one treatment name of ‘Women’s massage’. No more confusion about what service to book in the ‘women’s’ category.>> Removal of 30 minute massage treatment options and replaced with the 75 minute massage option. The half hour treatment was by far the least popular treatment option and feedback about the 75 minute duration has been hugely positive. So now the service list offers 60, 75 and 90 minute durations across Pregnancy, Postnatal and Women’s Massage.>> Removal of 75 minute massage packs. While you can now book a 75 minute massage, there will be no more ‘packs’. The new Treatment Toolkits will be a new gift solution on offer.+ Implementation of a new cancellation policyI have always loved being as flexible as I can with clients however a tighter policy has been introduced to prevent the number of ‘no show, no contact’ clients.+ Consistent and simpler pricing structure across all services.There will be a small price rise only in Women’s services to bring them in line with the pricing of the pregnancy and postnatal services. This more simplified pricing structure will cause less confusion and make voucher redemption super easy too!I will be posting more about these changes soon. Thanks for being so patient!
