No. You are unable to use a gift card to purchase another gift card.
If the gift card has been received in an email or physical form, provided it hasn’t been used, contact us and we will happily help you. Indulgences require to be notified 48 business working hours in advance prior to our clients entering the salon if gift cards have been lost and are wished to be used as a form of payment for services and/or goods received.
Yes and No. Multiple singular treatment items that have been purchased on a gift card can be used at different appointment times. PAMPER PASSES however CAN NOT be broken up and used at different times. PAMPER PASSES must be used and redeemed within the one appointment.
Gift Cards that were purchased from our Salon prior to the closure due to Covid 19 are strictly for In-Salon use only and can only be reddemed in the Salon once it re-opens. These Gift Cards have a 24 month expiry date that allow for sufficient time for them to be redeemed and enjoed. Option 3 – Online Shop Gift Cards that have been purchased on our NEW website have been created for the sole purpose to allow gift recipients to purchase Products online. Option 3 – Online Shop Gift Cards are the ONLY Gift Card excepted as payment towards products.
