Anchor Restaurant is our new modern Australian fine dining restaurant in Melbourne’s Bayside suburb of Elwood, in the location formerly occupied by award-winning Dandelion Restaurant.The sleek and stylish fit-out complements our mission to offer casual fine dining and features a striking marble bar, which showcases our range of wines and other beverages. Distressed brick walls, a central plant-filled atrium and mood lighting create a warm and inviting ambience. A semi-open kitchen offers our diners visibility of how the magic happens and who is involved.  A passion for sharing excellent food is what has driven us to create Anchor, our second restaurant. Guests are treated to premium Mediterranean-inspired dishes, ideal for sharing. The modern and approachable menu is designed by co-owner Rosalin Virnik and her kitchen team, including chef Silas Orre. Co-owner Oliver Virnik runs front of house to ensure that diners experience service that is both friendly and attentive.
