If the remaining value of this card is $5.00 or less, after 24 months of inactivity (activity shall include but not be limited to, purchases, adding of value, and balance inquiries) a $1.00 per month service fee may be deducted from the remaining balance on the first date of each month following such period of inactivity depleted.
