-     Please safeguard your card as we cannot replace it if lost or stolen
-    Where prohibited by law, you cannot use this card to pay for alcoholic beverages
-    We reserve the right to assess a monthly service fee of $ 1.50 if you do not use your card for a 12 month period. Service fees will not apply where prohibited by law
