When it comes to surprises, we know timing is everything! To make sure the lucky recipient receives their gift at the perfect moment, we send the email containing the voucher to you (the purchaser), enabling you to forward it on with your own message at a time of your choosing.
Payment for the online store gift voucher will be taken when you make the purchase, not on the date of issue. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue, and the value of the gift voucher is entirely your choice. The gift voucher will be allocated to the recipient''s account in the form of e-wallet credit which can be redeemed at the final stage of the checkout.
Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by our team here at Mistral. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until a confirmation email is received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers (whoever heard of such a thing?) cannot be returned, and voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
All gift vouchers have an expiry date and cannot be extended.
If the items purchased total less than the gift voucher amount the remaining funds will stay available on the voucher code, ready to use on the next purchase. If the items purchased exceed the gift voucher amount, then the remaining value must be paid by card, in order to complete the order.Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded. Only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher amount will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued.
