A Stage Further Bread Choose between a selection of bread classes, adding to the basic skills you already have, taking your bread making a stage further by using different levains. Working in small groups in a relaxed atmosphere, use different flours and techniques to understand and produce seasonal enriched breads, Mediterranean breads to compliment any BBQ or summer party or if the darker flours, like Rye and 100% Wholemeal are your interest there is something for everybody. This is a whole class under expert tuition with all ingredients supplied and you take home all that you bake You will enjoy a freshly prepared homemade lunch with refreshments throughout the day. Each class needs to have a minimum of 3 people attending, but no more than 5 people in any one class. Please note we reserve the right to reschedule the event if we have fewer than the minimum booked.
