A Wild Encounters Gift Voucher can make the perfect gift for any special occasion. Treat your animal loving loved one and let them choose how to spend their gift with these monetary vouchers.Our gift vouchers can be used as full or partial payments towards general admission tickets, one of our unique animal experiences or souvenirs and concessions from our on-site shop.Voucher Terms and ConditionsIn using a voucher for a product or service, you enter into an agreement with Wild Encounters on these specific terms, the voucher is valid for the terms of use specified only and is non transferable.Monetary vouchers can only be used at Wild Encounters and cannot be used with any online purchases.Payments using a voucher will only be accepted upon production of a valid voucher. If you do not have the physical voucher with you on the day then full payment will be required, which is non refundable.Vouchers may be redeemed as full or part payment for general admission, experiences or products at Wild Encounters. €5 minimum spend per transaction unless there is less than €5 balance left on a voucher account in which case the full amount of the voucher must be used. If a voucher is not fully redeemed within one transaction, a new voucher will be given to the value of the remaining balance upon presentation of the previous voucher.When using the voucher to purchase a pre-book service e.g. an animal experience, the voucher balance can be used in advance over the phone, email or in person quoting the voucher number in order to make the booking. The voucher must then be presented on the day of the booking to be redeemed. If the voucher is not presented then full payment will be required before entry to Wild Encounters, which will be non refundable. No-shows for a booking where a voucher has been used will have the value of the booking deducted from their voucher balance.Voucher is non transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.Car park space availability cannot be guaranteed or spaces reserved. Visitors leave their vehicle at their own risk.Wild Encounters reserves the right to refuse entry to the attraction and/or cancel a voucher without refund if the voucher holder, or anyone accessing the attraction by virtue of a promotional voucher, breaches the terms and conditions relating to access to the Wildlife Park.Entrance to the attraction remains subject to all other Wild Encounters standard terms and conditions of entry.Any voucher or promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.Wild Encounters is under no liability to replace or refund vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not.
