One4all Gift Card is accepted here Irish Seed Savers are a non-profit organisation dedicated to conserving Ireland''s rare heirloom vegetable seeds and heritage apple trees. All our seeds and trees are certified organic and grown on our site in Co Clare, Ireland. We have over twenty acres of gardens and orchards where we host a number of sustainable living workshops throughout the year and offer ‘supporter’ packages to the public. We have a garden shop that sells garden accessories, tools, books etc for the novice and experienced gardeners alike, which are also available from our online store at www.irishseedsavers.ie Our main objective is to conserve Ireland’s very special and threatened plant genetic resources. We locate rare varieties of vegetables, soft fruit, flowers, grains, potatoes and apple trees and then conduct research on them in our gardens. We then select varieties which are hardy and suitable for our climate. This process takes time patience and skill and our subscribers, and the public are rewarded with tasty and productive rare varieties to grow at home.
